  • Dear customer , in order to handle your complaint , It is necessary to comply with the following points.

    1.    The test results of the complaint has been confirmed by laboratory.
    2.    No more than a week has passed from receiving the results.
    3.    The complaint should not be outside of the agreements contained in the test contract form.
